Sitting here at the end of December it is pretty safe to say that the dog days of summer are long gone. For those not taking advantage of some of our tail water fisheries or involved in other winter outdoor activities…….. what to do!!??!!
This is the time of year to be cranking out bugs for the next season (or learning to do so). On the flip side it can also be a pretty exciting time of year. It is in my downtime that I like to get things lined out for the following season.
Our mountain is known for being notoriously easy as far as access, for those cabin fever will have its way with you. For those willing to put in the work our mountain has endless opportunities. Break out the USGS map and start planning your next season, you will not regret it and it gives you something to look forward to. For everyone else…….obviously the North Fork is the only piece of water on Bighorn mountains. All joking aside, get out and explore because it will make unforgettable memories for both you and your family.
